Pens v. Habs

Thursday night the Penguins lost to the Maple Leafs 5-2 after being up 1-0 for two periods. I didn’t watch the game even though I have it on my DVR. I think I have a life, although if you really looked at it, probably not.

The Penguins do face off against the Montreal Canadiens tonight, and it’s at home. It’s a tale of two different Canadiens teams. If Kovalev decides to show up, they are a force. If he doesn’t, well, the team has decent skill but not enough to get too far. The team goes as Kovalev goes.

The Penguins also called up center Tyler Kennedy. Ty-ty, as he would be called if he came from the more famous Kennedy clan, has 3 goals and 2 assists in 6 games with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Baby Penguins. Do I have any idea what Michel Therrien will do with him? Nope.

I plan on blogging while watching the game tonight. More comments to come, and hopefully they’ll be funny.
